Ethan is 7 years old and Emma is 5 years old. They both love to paint. When Ethan and Emma were three they were diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Right now they are non communicative, they can repeat short phrases and can make simple requests, but they are not able to have a conversation with family or friends. A request that they frequently make is, "I want painting" which means they want to go into their paint studio and paint with their Mom and Dad. Ethan and Emma do the painting all on their own.

Dad makes all the canvases for them by hand, and Mom will help them to open the paints, hold the canvases in different positions or help them hold different painting utensils if they do not have the fine/gross motor skills for certain tools. We find that painting is a great source of comfort and motivation for them. What is amazing about all their paintings is that they are all totally different and unique like everyone on the Autism Spectrum.

Unfortunately funding for those with ASD in Ontario is limited. People with ASD need funds to help with medical bills, therapy, respite workers etc... Since this is the case for our family we have decided to sell their paintings and all proceeds will go to their ABA therapy. The ABA therapy has helped them in so many ways and we want them to be in therapy for as long as they need it. We will do all that we can to support Ethan and Emma everyday. We want to thank all of you for taking the time to look at our website and possibly purchasing a piece of artwork . It will be going to a great cause and it is appreciated more than you know.
